World Council of Nationalities (WCN) is a nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Colorado, United States, in July 2026. 世界民族联盟委员会（WCN）是一家于2026年7月在美国科罗拉多州注册成立的非营利公司。
We are an independent organization — not a United Nations body, and not affiliated with any government. We work to strengthen ties between the world's nationalities, protect the diversity of cultures, and support the research and legal foundations for lasting peace. Through dialogue, capacity building and international cooperation, we aim to help nationalities pursue self‑directed development within a more just and sustainable global community. 我们致力于加强世界各民族之间的联系，维护文化的多样性，并为持久和平提供研究与法理基础的支持。通过对话、能力建设与国际合作，我们希望帮助各民族在更加公正、可持续的全球共同体中实现自主发展。
